Shipping Woes: An Update!

Finally! After about a year and a half of frustration with the Bella Rosa shopping cart, I think we have a solution! Whaaa Hooo! A big thank you to Lori over at Pappashop for her help tonight.

Now, if you place an order, you may select your area of the country to ship to. I've sliced the map into three sections. Eastern, Central, and Pacific. Keeping my fingers crossed that this helps with orders. I'm doing fine with receiving orders, but I sincerely believe I've lost a lot of new customers from sticker shock.

When ordering multiple items the HUGE, GI-NORMOUS shipping charges should no longer be there.


Now, I'm off to go download, crop, rename, and then upload photos of my newest arrivals! As always, I'm excited to get them online.

Hi Jillian. Thanks so much for stopping by! Do you have real-time rates set up with UPS and USPS? If you assign each product a weight value, then the rate will be calculated based on the weight and zip code. Every now and then I have to refund a small amount to my customers, but most of the time it's right on. Check it out. Have a great week!
