Let's Talk Vintage #21: Repurposed, Remade, Really Good!

Is it Tuesday morning already? Where does
my time go? It must be because I am busy
shopping interesting collectives like the one I am
highlighting today for Let's Talk Vintage!

Welcome, by the way! If you are new to the
party here's the deal:

1. If you love vintage...
2. If you love seeing other people's
    vintage items, projects, ideas....
3. If you have a blog or a selling
    venue online
4. Then link up below Tuesday mornings at 9!

************

Now, back to the tour of a group of vendors, with many arts and vintage loves in common. The collective's tag line is often: "It's just like Etsy LIVE!"

How can you not love a place like this? The vendor spaces are housed in an old warehouse downtown.

First up: This vendor took an antique dresser or wash stand and added the "butcher block" style top
 and the graphic lettering. Wow!

This is one of my favorites. A small dresser or
night stand with local points of interest in the city!
I know I've seen something similar on Pinterest
called "The Subway" look but when you see one
done with local attractions, it is super cool!

This whole booth had stunning furniture re-dos
but this one was the most eye catching with the green and the dark stain top. The wall behind it is just fabric. It was done so well I thought it was wallpaper at first. What a great way to divide the booths.

I admired the furniture done by this vendor,
but she also combined her impressive oil paintings which really gave a touch
  of sophistication to her booth.

Here we have someone who turned vintage silverware into stunning pieces of jewelry.

Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, keychains, too.

But THIS ONE. . . this vendor tugged at my heart strings.
Antique photos, cabinet cards, etc... affixed to journals
made from recycled materials.

Oh the thoughts I could write... the memories.
What a cool tie in...old photos... old memories....
Win / win!

After looking at last week's partiers
I've chosen these three to feature this week:

Sharon at Blue Willow House shared her
newest house guest, Annie E.
She is quiet but loves to wear vintage!

And Melissa of Melissa's Antiques
says she can't keep these two items
stocked in her booth long enough!
I have a whole box of tennis rackets
that the hubs found. I'll have
to see if I have the magic
touch like she does!

And last but by no means, the least:
This wonderful old cupboard, filled with
ironstone at Anne's Attic.

Super cool stuff, ladies!

Now it is your turn!
Let's Talk Vintage!

Link up to your blog posts,
website items, Etsy listings...
You get the idea. Every Tuesday at 9 AM.

Thanks for the feature! Just added all my new pieces to my booth last weekend and my mom and I completely rearranged it. It was a challenging and long day!

Loved seeing the photos of the booths. But by far my favorites are the journals with antique photos on the covers. I might have to make me one.
