Awhile ago I wrote about creating Bella Rosa Antiques T-Shirts.
I thought about giving one away if it turned out well. My first attempt (above) did not turn out too great. I'm not sure if it was the fabric but the transfer did not come out of the wash in good condition. Kind of wrinkly.
I've learned a few things about mentioning a giveaway before I've come up with the goods. Don't do it! I had high hopes of making this giveaway a Pink Saturday post. I had purchased a few pink shirts just for the occasion. One to give away, one to wear, and one for my favorite little toddler.
The T-Shirt transfers I bought were the wrong kind for a pink t-shirt. Who knew there were white tshirt transfers and color transfers???? (Note to self: read the label!) Duh!
Lesson learned.
But I sure had fun making a teeny tiny one for Dear Bebe.
I'll see how it washes, because this one turned out well. So cute!
I did the same thing, so you are not alone. Anyways, it turned out great! I love it.
ReplyDeleteJillian,
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see it on her!
Love,
Ms.Daisy Mau
I'll bring it to the beach when we come down, Ms. Daisy Mau!
ReplyDeleteThat IS cute!
ReplyDeleteDid you just print the transfer on an inkjet printer?
Amazing!
I have been wanting to make some pillows and add some transfers...
so thanks for showing me that it can be done!
(But read the label first.)
